What encouraged you to be an optometrist?

My passion for healthcare and desire to improve people’s quality of life encouraged me to be an optometrist. For me, it’s a career path that allows me to directly create impact by enhancing eye health. The learning is consistent, with a blend of science, technology, and personal interaction, which keeps the work engaging and rewarding.

What drew you to be a Lenskartian?

While I wanted to learn more about Optometry, the business knowledge was another aspect that intrigued me. This opportunity allows me to enhance my existing skills, understand the business landscape, specifically within the eyewear industry, while serving customers at scale. As an optometrist, what is your no#1 priority at work?

My top priority is to provide quality eye tests and proper dispensing to my customers. I conduct thorough examinations, educate patients about their eye health, and guide them in choosing the right eyewear. I ensure personalized care, comfort, and effectiveness in all solutions while staying updated with the latest advancements in optometry.
